SHtrendX (or Sir Heck trendX) is a creative project born out of our passion for storytelling and artistic expression. Built by the team behind Sir Heck Productions, SHtrendX is about bringing meaningful, high-quality, and uniquely crafted products from artists to artists—and to anyone who appreciates creativity.

We’re a small, independent team based in Toronto with creative partners in Vancouver and Mexico. We may be small now, but our dreams (and our drive) are big!

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the product you’re ordering. You’ll see the estimated delivery window at checkout. Some products may offer express shipping options.

We accept most major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and we’re working on expanding to more options soon!
Can I pay in installments?
- Yes! We offer payment through installments, available in some regions with a minimum purchase of $199.
Can I save a product to buy later?
Absolutely! Just create an account and add your favourite items to your wishlist. You’ll be able to come back and grab them later—as long as they’re still available.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse it at delivery and let us know immediately. If you receive the wrong or a defective item, contact us right away—we’ll make it right.
